Established as a joint stock company in 1987, National Finance was originally registered as Capital Leasing Company LLC in September 1987 and became a full fledged public limited company in December 1998. National Finance is licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Oman.

Headquartered at Muscat, National Finance has four branches across the Sultanate of Oman. National Finance offers a wide range of financial products to corporate and retail customers with a key focus on Small and Medium Enterprises.
